Founded in 2012 by Sicilian designer Salvatore Piccione, Piccione.Piccione is an Italian luxury ready-to-wear brand built on the belief that clothing can be wearable art. Piccione studied fashion design at the Istituto Europeo Di Design in Rome before going on to work with Mary Katrantzou — one of the world's most celebrated print designers — as a fashion and print designer. That pedigree shows in every piece. The brand has collaborated with Swarovski, Topshop, and Celine, and is known internationally for its vibrant colours, intricate motifs, complex graphics, 3D detailing, and hand embroidery. Sicilian passion meets sophisticated modern femininity.
This dress is a beautiful example of the house's signature approach. A sheath A-line silhouette in a riot of floral, heart, and bird motifs, with a distinctive black lace-style print framing the round collar — a clever trompe-l'oeil that mimics a Peter Pan collar without adding a single layer of fabric. Short sleeves, a rear zip closure, a split at the centre back hem, and a full lining complete the picture. Made in Italy from viscose and polyester, it drapes with quiet luxury.
