Returns Policy

I want you to love every piece you purchase from Secondhand Nature! I take great care photographing each item and describing it honestly and accurately. However, please remember that all items are pre-loved and secondhand—they're not brand new or untouched, and that's part of what makes them special.

On the rare occasion that you're not completely happy with your purchase or something arrives damaged, here's what you need to know:

If You're Not Happy With Your Purchase

While this doesn't happen often, if your item arrives and it's not quite what you expected, you're welcome to return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: Returns are accepted if the item doesn't match the description provided or has an undisclosed issue. I don't accept change of mind returns, so please review the description and measurements carefully before purchasing.

Return conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Store Credit

Once I receive and inspect your returned item, I'll issue you a store credit within 5 business days. You can use this credit towards any future purchase at Secondhand Nature.

How to Return an Item

Please contact me via the Contact page or by email at secondhandnature.store@outlook.com before sending anything back. I'll provide you with return instructions and we can discuss the best solution.

Important: Please make sure if you do choose to return an item that you get a tracking number as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If Your Item Arrives Damaged

We take great care in packaging your items, but we know accidents can happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at secondhandnature.store@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery and:

  • Document it: Take clear photos of the damaged packaging (before opening) and the damaged product inside
  • Keep packaging: Retain all original packaging materials for Australia Post assessment
  • Send details: Include a brief description of the damage along with your photos

Once verified, we will gladly offer you a full refund to your original method of payment, including any shipping costs incurred.
