The swing does the rest. For Dark Romantic Evening, let the sateen fall naturally without a petticoat and lean into the moodiness — strappy black stilettos or velvet ankle booties, a sheer black lace shawl or structured faux-fur stole draped over the shoulders, a chunky silver gothic choker at the collarbone, and a deep plum or wine-red lip with a smoky eye.
