Returns & Refund Policy

At Secondhand Nature, every item is carefully photographed and described as honestly and accurately as possible. Please keep in mind that all pieces are secondhand — not brand new — and that's part of what makes them special.

Returns

If your item doesn't match the description provided or has an undisclosed issue, you're welcome to return it within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received.

Please note:

  • Change of mind returns are not accepted — please review the description and measurements carefully before purchasing
  • Sale items are not eligible for return or refund
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Please obtain a tracking number for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit

Contact us via the Contact page or at secondhandnature.store@outlook.com before sending anything back. We'll provide return instructions and work with you to find the best solution.

Store Credit

Once your returned item is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 5 business days for use on any future purchase at Secondhand Nature.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at secondhandnature.store@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged packaging (before opening) and the damaged item
  • All original packaging retained for Australia Post assessment
  • A brief description of the damage

Once verified, a full refund to your original payment method — including any shipping costs — will be issued.
